Do you offer staff education or training?
Yes — wholesale partners have access to Kopi Lab resources including staff education and coffee training. We want your team to be able to tell the story behind what they're serving.
What are your minimum order requirements?
We offer flexible minimums designed to fit your volume and seasonality. We'll talk through what makes sense for your business during the inquiry process.
What's the lead time for orders?
Standard orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days. Need something outside your regular window? Reach out to your account contact and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush fees will apply.
